Antonio Canova是意大利的著名雕塑家，他的作品標誌著雕塑從戲劇化的巴洛克時期進入到新古典主義時期，他是新古典主義的代表人物。
他的作品有Psyche Revived by Cupid’s Kiss， Theseus & Minotaur及Hebe等等。
因為Antonio Canova和Prosecco DOC同樣來自Treviso地區，寓意Prosecco DOC雖非DOCG，但是卻是謙遜及有巨大潛力。
