白松露季節差不多去到尾聲，輪到黑松露當作的同時，也迎來了一則好消息。
意大利的松露採集Truffle Hunting and extraction在2021年12月16日，被列入了UNESCO人類非物質文化遺產(UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity)。
這種向來父子家族相傳總帶點神秘的技藝，在經過８年的內部商議及爭取，National Federation of Italian Truffle Hunters (FNATI) 及 the National Association of Truffle Cities (ANCT)終於在上年入紙伸請人類非物質文化遺產。而UNESCO在昨天巴黎的會議中亦批准了這份伸請。
