“Ciao Vino” is back!!
Following the success of the Tre Venzie (Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige) event in 2021, the 2022 edition will feature Heartland of Italy – Abruzzo, Lazio, Le Marche, Molise, Toscana and Umbria.
Have you ever tried the rare and traditional grapes typical from these regions, for example, the textured Trebbiano Abruzzese (white) from Abruzzo, the fruity Cesanese (black) from Lazio, the structured Verdicchio (white) from Le Marche, the complex Tintilia (black) from Molise and perhaps the world-most tannic Sagrantino (black) from Umbria?
Of course, you should also renew yourself to different styles of Sangiovese from Chianti or Brunello di Montalcino in Toscana region.
This is a 2.5-hour sit-down tasting event showcasing over 80 wines, specially selected by our supporting wine suppliers and the Vinitaly International Academy Italian Wine Ambassadors from Vino Missionari, advocate of the “Ciao Vino”.
A classic 3-course menu* specially designed and prepared by Executive Chef Andrea Delzanno of Cucina, Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant in Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, featuring signature dishes from the specific regions will also be served.
